Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds on Cancellation:
Charters can only be rescheduled with a minimum of 14 days’ notice. A $650 rebooking fee applies for rescheduling within 14 days. Alternatively, a gift card for the value of your booking may be issued upon request.Late Cancellations:
Canceling less than 7 days before the tour date will result in 50% of the total booking amount being charged to the card on file.Timeliness and Refunds:
Boarding locations are provided at booking. Refunds or reschedules will not be issued for tardiness. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled tour.Boarding Policy:
All members of your party must be present at the scheduled time to board the vessel. Late arrivals will shorten your charter duration, and the charter will still end at the originally scheduled time.No-Show Policy:
Reservations resulting in a no-show will not be refunded.Rain Policy:
Tours will only be canceled or rescheduled for dangerous weather conditions or heavy, continuous rain. The Captain will make the final decision to proceed or cancel.Mandatory Gratuity:
An 18% gratuity for the captain and crew is required at the time of booking.
